Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for a Finance Executive (GL) role:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage General Ledger (GL), Fixed Asset, and Inventory functions.
- Prepare and post journal entries during month-end financial close.
- Conduct variance and trend analysis at the entity level to support financial insights.
- Oversee month-end and yearly financial closings, as well as quarterly reporting activities.
- Liaise with various departments to address and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules.
- Complete quarterly GST submissions and respond to inquiries from external bodies.
- Support the annual budgeting process.
- Handle audit and tax-related matters for the entity.
- Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by the GL Accountant.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a solid understanding of full-set accounts.
- Proficiency in MS applications, including Word, Excel (pivot tables, vlookup), and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail, coupled with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills for presenting financial data clearly and concisely.

- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon Fri, 8:30am 5:30pm (WFH 2 Days Available)
- Salary: Basic Up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
