Finance Executive

• Responsible for General Ledger (GL), Fixed Asset and Inventory functions
• Prepare and post journal entries during month end financial close
• Perform variance and trend analysis at entity level
• Responsible for month end closing, yearly financial closing and quarterly reporting
• Correspond and resolve operational issues with various other departments
• Prepare balance sheet schedules
• Prepare quarterly GST submission and attend external bodies enquiries
• Assist in the annual budgeting exercise
• Handle audit and tax matters for the entity
• Any other tasks/projects assigned by GL accountant

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Finance / Accounting
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar capacity with knowledge of full set accounts
• Proficient in MS Applications i.e. Word, Excel Pivot Table, Vlookup, Powerpoint
• Analytical thinking, detail oriented with good organisational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial data
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
• Willing to work in Tuas (nearest MRT Tuas Crescent, company transport provide
