- Assist the team in handling the company's day-to-day financial transactions, including but not limited to invoice verification and bill processing,.
- Perform data entry and organize relevant financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Assist in performing financial analysis.
- Provide assistance in the preparation of audit required documents and materials to facilitate the audit process
- Assist in managing the company's cash flow, including monitoring bank account balances and reconciliation of bank statement.
- Assist in processing employee reimbursements and benefits applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in other ad-hoc financial projects and special tasks, provide support and assistance as needed.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related
- 1 to 3 years relevant experience
- Basic knowlege of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Mandarin speaking to work with chinese associates
- 5 days Hybrid work (4 days office + 1 day work from home)
- Working location at Amoy Street
