Job Responsibilities: To handle full set of account including preparation of GL, AR, AP, Balance Sheet, P&L for monthly and yearly reporting.
Prepare monthly management reports
Handle Petty Cash.
Conduct monthly bank, debtors, creditors, and inter-company reconciliations.
Preparation of quarterly GST report for submission.
Maintain fixed assets register and disposal matter.
To provide financial data analysis to management.
Assist to the preparation of monthly cash flow projections.
SAP system administrator
Handle any ad hoc assignments from management.
Diploma or degree in finance or accounting.
Min 2 years of experience in handling a full set of accounts in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in SAP system is advantage.
