Job Descriptions:
- Handle day-to-day accounting functions as assigned.
- Ensure all month-end closing activities are completed within the given timeline.
- Supporting relevant business departments and preparing monthly financial reports and analyses, forecast reviews and annual budgets for departments.
- Review and maintain records for capex for new / replacement of fixed asset requisition.
- Liaise with external/internal auditors and tax agents as required.
- Participating in and providing project support in the areas of accounting integration activities, system and process improvement and change initiatives.
- Analysing, summarising and interpreting data from CRM systems and financial management systems to perform meaningful analysis for forecasting and budgeting.
- Ad hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of ERP system (Oracle) with an understanding of the integration of systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Pro-active, self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Meticulous with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively both in a team as well as independently, and under tight timelines.
This is a maternity cover position for 6 months.
