FINANCE EXECUTIVE

What you will do
Financial Management and Business Partnering
Prepare annual budget and regular projections
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for submission to Group Finance
Analyze monthly P/L, monitor against budget and provide commentaries and present to management using infographics and dashboards
Review balance sheet schedules and take action to clear outstanding items
Approve expense claims, ensuring claims are properly supported, compliant to policies and within budget
Business partnering with departments to provide guidance in financial matters, policies and procedures
Review, improve and automate work processes for productivity and efficiency
Participate in ad hoc projects
NHG Fund
Prepare annual budget and regular projections
Prepare Board approval papers, presentation slides and meeting minutes
Submit annual statutory reports in compliance to Charities Act
Business partnering with program owners, fund-raising team and liaising with internal/external auditors
Any other related assignments
Group Treasury
Prepare:
Cash flow projections
Consolidated Group cash flow statements
Approval papers for submission to Board of Directors
Monthly journals and schedules
Cash and Investment Segmentation Report (CISR)
Monitor to ensure sufficient funds for payments and prepare the funds transfer instructions
Maintain bank accounts, bank signatories and related documentation
Manage the portfolio placed with MOHH Central Treasury
Liase with MOHH Central Treasury, Banks, Finance shared services and NHG institutions
Participate in Treasury projects
What we require of you
Education/Experience
Degree in Accountancy / Business / completed ACCA
Min 3 years relevant experience at Executive level
Strong Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
Data analytic skills such as Dashboards, Charting, Power BI, RPA (UiPath), Infographics, Tableau, VBA, Macros will be highly valued
Experience in SAP
Excellent writing and presentation skills in English
Candidates with less experience but with sterling results from top universities are welcome to apply too
