Finance Executive

Duration: 1 year
Salary: $2800 - $3500
Location: One-North
Working Days and Hours: Mon to Thu: 8AM to 6.00PM Fri: 8AM to 5.30PM

Responsibilities:

• Creation of projects and budgets in the SAP for approved grants
• Review fund requisition and final statement of accounts
• Process and issue invoices, and account for subsequent receipts
• Accounts Payable - vendor management and payment duties
• Maintain fixed assets records, RFID tagging, verification and disposal
• Maintain and prepare general ledger, bank and account reconciliations, journal entries, and month end closing
• Provide support to project (automation and digitalisation)

Requirements:

• Singaporean
• Diploma and above
