To assist Senior Finance Manager in managing the billing, settlement and financial operations of Carrier Voice Product with overseas international carriers.
Month end close activities unique to Carrier Voice Product.
Partner and support Product Business Unit in the billing and settlement aspects of commercial business deals and initiatives.
Make an Impact by:
Billing and Settlement Operations
Assist in the settlement of international telecommunications Voice services with overseas carriers.
Handle billing and verification of invoices and statements received from overseas carriers.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and overseas carriers to resolve rates/ traffic discrepancies.
Compute adjustments for agreed commercial deals to facilitate month-end closing and settlement with overseas carriers.
Correspond and follow up with overseas carriers to ensure timely debt collection for receivables due.
Verify settlement statements received from overseas carriers and raise payments for approval.
Reconcile payments/receipts from overseas carriers and post into inhouse billing and settlement system.
Perform month end closing for Voice Product.
Prepare various management reporting monthly and quarterly.

Participate in upcoming system migration projects.
