- Assist in month-end and year-end closing of accounts for Management reporting
- Perform data entry, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions to ensure finances are maintained in an effective, accurate and up to date manner
- Process and prepare invoices and statement of accounts for billings
- Process and prepare payments to suppliers, third parties and staff claims
- Perform sales and bank reconciliation
- Maintain fixed assets register/balance sheet and profit & loss items and audit schedule
- Posting of month end journal entries and General Ledger account maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow report & management report on timely basis
- Assist in monthly stock take at outlets
- Assist in quarterly GST reporting
- Support in the coordination of internal and external financial audits
- Support any ad-hoc assignments
- Assist and report to Finance Manager and Finance Director
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) is a must
- Proficient in MYOB accounting software
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in F&B industry
- Positive and proactive
- Independent and willing to put in extra effort and time to complete the task schedule
- Good team player
- Meticulous and able to multi-task and work under tight timelines
