Job DescriptionThe Finance Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the financial health and efficiency of the organization. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting in financial planning and analysis. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting and Budgeting
Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Assist in creating financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in developing budgets and financial forecasts.- Monitor budget performance and report variances.
Provide analysis and recommendations to optimize financial planning.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
Maintain internal controls to protect financial assets.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational liquidity.- Prepare cash flow statements and projections.
Assist in liquidity planning and cash flow optimization.
- Support and Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations.
- Assist in implementing financial systems and process improvements.
Handle administrative tasks related to finance, such as data entry and record-keeping.- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
- Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management, preferably within start up and medical industry.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
