Establish, implements and maintains processes and systems to support strategic HR initiatives
Recruit new employees according to demand, handle employee resignation or dismissal
Develop and review HR policies in compliance with legislative, ethical and regulatory standards
Drive the adoption of the Skills Frameworks through HR activities to develop capabilities

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to support business planning and budgeting.
Manage the company's financial reporting and analysis, ensuring that financial statements are accurate, timely, and in compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other members of the executive team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Oversee the company's cash flow management, including forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
Manage the company's relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in financial management or a related field.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to provide recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Solid understanding of GAAP and other regulatory requirements related to financial reporting and analysis.
Experience managing budgets and financial forecasting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Able to work with technical systems and data, deploy statistical and analytical techniques and tools to generate HR-related insights and projections to support the business
Able to develop and review HR policies in compliance with legislative, ethical and regulatory standards
Able to drive the adoption of the Skills Frameworks through HR activities to develop capabilities
Able to integrate new and emerging technology products, services and developments to enhance HR operations and service delivery

Experience in using QuickHR and Quickbook Online is a plus
