Kaspersky is seeking a Finance Intern to join our team in Singapore. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for individuals with a passion for cybersecurity, desiring to learn, grow, and contribute to our financial operations.

Main responsibilities:

AR:

  • Monitor the incoming fund and prepare the AR journals in accounting system;
  • Post sales orders in accounting system at the month-end closing;
  • Liaise with Revenue accounting team for investigating and follow-up on AR collection matter.

AP:

  • Create the supplier invoices in purchase request system;
  • Review and prepare the reports/journals for travelling expense and staff claim;
  • Post the invoices and create the payment run in accounting system;
  • Liaise with the treasury team and purchase requestors on the payment status;
  • Maintain the payment record/summary up-to-date;
  • Monitor the bank transactions and ensure all payment submitted are processed.

GL:

  • Prepare the bank reconciliation on monthly basis;
  • Prepare the monthly journals booking for intercompany and bank transactions;
  • Liaise with team members for the data collection;
  • Prepare cash and bank ledger on weekly basis;
  • Assist in the month-end closing tasks;
  • And any other duties reasonably determined from time to time by the Company.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business/Accountancy and equivalent, or currently pursuing related;
  • Strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in bookkeeping;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Pro-active, organized and initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently;
  • Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work;
  • Minimum 6 months internship (1 year preferable).
