Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Organize and participate in meetings with various stakeholders in the company
  • Prepare process flow charts and documentation in Notion and google sheet
  • Apply accounting entries and document them in the process flow charts
  • Review current processes to identify weaknesses
  • Review accounting entries and financial reporting processes in Workday
  • Uphold timelines of Project Apex

What We Are Looking For

  • 6 month full-time commitment time frame
  • Academic understanding of accounting.
  • Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software, as well as spreadsheets.
  • Exceptional attention to details and quality
  • Other technical skills will be provided on the job (such as Workday, Notion, project management)
