FINANCE MANAGER

Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of financial activities including oversight of management accounts reporting, forecasts and budgeting, cashflow management and statutory compliance
• Manage a team of 4 to ensure day to day activities are executed timely
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning process with various stakeholders to ensure financial targets are met
• Drive compliance through audits, internal controls and financial/accounting policies and procedures
• Implement financial management and cost controls to ensure cost efficiencies across all functions
• Forecast and monitor cash flow position to manage working capital requirements of the Group
• Monitor company performance Vs budget to ensure various teams stay on track on their KPIs
• Ensure that monthly and annual financial statements and management reports at entity and group level are prepared and submitted in a timely manner
• Ensure that month end closing procedures like inventory recording, petty cash management, store audits, fixed asset register update are completed timely
• Liaise with external parties like auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretaries etc. and ensure accounting, tax, corporate, statutory and regulatory requirement
• Oversee HR functions, ensuring alignment with financial and operational strategies.
• Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support recruitment and retention strategies, fostering a positive work environment and employee engagement.
• Liaise with landlords, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and support outlet onboarding processes.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure all financial and operational requirements.
