Finance Manager
Job Description:
- Full spectrum of account functions
- Timely and accurate preparation and analysis of financial and management account
- Supervise and monitor financial reporting, tax planning, budgeting, forecast, cash flow management and cost-saving controls.
- Demonstrate strong understanding and up-to-date knowledge of market trend, best financial & accounting practices, taxation requirement and local regulations.
- Responsible for the consolidation and management reporting function, in accordance with the MAS requirements
- Involve in compliance control and risk management activities
- Liaising with external auditors, company secretary, and tax agents
- Assist in corporate secretarial matters
- Assist in the implementation of financial policies and system
- Support forecasting and budgeting exercise, monitor actual performance against forecast and investigate variances
- Handle any other ad-hoc assignments and projects are assigned
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field, CPA, ACCA, CFA
- At least 6 years experience in the financial industry, preferably in securities/broking/asset management
- Strong sense of work commitment and responsibility
- Able to communicate in Chinese to coordinate and communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts
- Ability to work independently and high performance-orientation
- Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Objective and task oriented
