Finance Manager

Location:West

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and ledger functions.
• Prepare, analyze, and report financial statements and support strategic financial decisions through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Track precious metals inventory costs, monitor market prices, and optimize inventory.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax reporting, and risk management policies.
• Collaborate with senior management on cash flow, reporting, and audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting CPA preferred.
• 8+ years in finance management, ideally in the recycling industry.
• Expertise in IFRS, financial reporting, analysis, and GST regulations.
• Experience in Risk Management & Hedging Strategies
