The Company

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a noted, real-estate focused group with substantial AUM across its Public & Private markets portfolios. Over the coming 4-5 years, accelerated growth is planned across all lines of business with a dramatic uplift in AUM reinforced by the launch of new Funds and ongoing balance sheet investments. There is now a need to recruit a Finance Manager to be part of its growing team.

The Position

The Finance Manager will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis, including variance analysis for monthly and quarterly reports, board papers and external reporting requirements. The Finance Manager will provide support to the business teams to evaluate potential investment, divestment, and acquisition, to ensure that accounting and tax impacts are appropriately considered. Additional responsibilities include supervising and reviewing the segment consolidation as well as providing support in the preparation of the financial and management reporting of the group. Naturally there will be a need to be involved in other ad-hoc duties and projects from time to time.

The Person

Interested candidates should hold an Accountancy Degree with at least 10 years of working experience gained within a similar role. To succeed in this role, candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, work independently and be result-driven. In return, the company offers the flexibility of one -day working from home per week.
