Financial Management and Reporting:
Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls and compliance with GAAP.
Able to Coordinate with external auditors, legal advisors.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to enhance their skills and performance.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Manage and evaluate the performance of accounting staff, providing guidance and feedback.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide insights for cost control and efficiency improvements.
Support strategic planning initiatives with financial analysis and projections.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and initiatives.
Serve as a key liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to internal and external financial inquiries.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
High level of integrity and ethical standards.
5.5 days work week (Alt Sat after confirmation)
