Finance Manager

Job Description:

• Full spectrum of account functions
• Timely and accurate preparation and analysis of financial and management account
• Supervise and monitor financial reporting, tax planning, budgeting, forecast, cash flow management and cost-saving controls.
• Demonstrate strong understanding and up-to-date knowledge of market trend, best financial & accounting practices, taxation requirement and local regulations.
• Responsible for the consolidation and management reporting function, in accordance with the MAS requirements
• Involve in compliance control and risk management activities
• Liaising with external auditors, company secretary, and tax agents
• Assist in corporate secretarial matters
• Assist in the implementation of financial policies and system
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise, monitor actual performance against forecast and investigate variances
• Handle any other ad-hoc assignments and projects are assigned

Requirements:

• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• At least 6 years experience in the financial industry, preferably in securities/broking/asset management
• Strong sense of work commitment and responsibility
• Able to communicate in Chinese to coordinate and communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts
• Ability to work independently and high performance-orientation
• Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Objective and task oriented
