Job Overview:

Work as a business partner to Asia BUs and support CFO to manage the financial reporting, tax reporting, AR AP management, financial planning and analysis; optimize the business workflow and support business team to make decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. To lead budgeting activities; Provide analytical support for budgeting and prepare key budget submissions, prepare regular monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
2. To analyse and monitor Asia BUs and overall financial performance, to discuss findings with CFO and present recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity.
3. To do profit margin analysis by BU as well as accounts receivable aging analysis,other ratio analysis and provide suggestions to management for monitoring and planning purposes.
4. Conduct expense analysis, identify areas for expense reduction and propose solutions
5. Examine business processes with regard to internal control and make recommendations where needed.
6. To actively manage all financial aspects of a P/L line and ensure sufficient funds and means for regional performance maximization.
7. Act as a key player between Accounting and business and maintain a construction partnership and developing value added suggestions for improvements in key business operating parameters.
8. Ensure compliance with Milkyway policies in all business practices.
9. Actively participate in business strategies and support the monthly reviews and quarterly plans and coordinate updates of budget and latest estimates.
10. Take the lead of annual statutory audit for Asia region.
11. Support in MCP implementation and lead the system and data migration.
12. Support CFO on M&A projects in Asia and lead integration.
13. Adhoc requirement assigned.

Qualification:

1. Education: College above
2. Experience: 6 - 8 years working experience with strong analytical skills; Hands on knowledge on budgeting, cost, expense, analysis and other operational responsibilities. Logistics background is highly preferred.
3. Language skills: Bilingual in Chinese is highly preferred, but not required.
4. Computer skills: Good PC skills
5. Core Competencies: Good working attitude. Hard working
6. Other qualifications: CPA or ACCA
