Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, is looking for a finance professional to join their fast-paced team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting operations, including financial reporting and strategic support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards and regulatory requirements.
- Month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial statement reviews.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive business insights.
- Lead initiatives related to IFRS implementation, system enhancements, and process improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, drive strategic decision-making, and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business, with Chartered Accountant certification.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant finance experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach.
- Prior experience with a Big 4 firm is an added advantage.
