Finance Manager (Shipping/ Funds/ Central)

Responsibilities :

• Consider and carry out the funding for ships and containers etc. choosing the best funding instruments including bank loans, operating leases, finance leases, and bonds.
• Obtain and maintain adequate credit rates from Japanese and international credit rating agencies.
• Procure carbon credit by OTC according to ISDA and settle it with counterparties complying with regional regulations.
• Maintain FTC incentives stated as a finance treasury center in the global entities.
• Support business units in terms of financial insight including financial due diligence or financial modeling.

Requirements :

• Around 5-10 years of working experience in the shipping industry
• Strong financial knowledge and skills to be able to execute funding activities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, to work effectively across departments
