You will be assisting the Director of Finance for managing the financial health and sustainability of the Club all accounting, financial and payroll related issues, including but not limited to statutory and management reporting requirements, audit and control.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Director of Finance in planning, organizing and executing financial tasks and projects of the Club
- Lead and mentor the Finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Review, evaluate financial statements, reports, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
- Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
- Manage year end audit process, impairment assessment and attend to audit queries
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Degree in finance and accounting or related fields
- ACCA or CPA Singapore equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Finance Manager
- Meticulous and analytical with data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills proactive team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
