JOB ROLE:We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our church, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the Treasurer and Board to manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow.
- Maintain oversight of accounting processes and vendor relationships.
- Direct the independent audit process.
- Provide financial reports to the Board of Directors and ministries as required.
- Lead and develop the finance team and volunteers.
- Manage invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and missionaries.
- Ensure payroll is processed promptly.
- Prepare tax-related documents as needed.
- Develop yearly budgets for Board approval.
- Coordinate with auditors for timely completion of financial audits.11.Monitor adherence to budget by church stakeholders.

- QUALIFICATIONS - PROFESSIONAL:
- Experience with non-profit organizations and church regulations preferred.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Familiarity with banking transactions is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Organized with attention to detail in account reconciliation and reporting.
- Maintains confidentiality of all account records.

- OTHER DETAILS:
- Position available as Full Time or Part Time.
- Flexible schedule including office hours, Sunday and occasional Saturday services/events, evening activities, and travel for camps.
- Compensation based on experience.
