Job Summary:

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for monthly closing activities and group reporting, tracking performance metrics and performing cash flow projections to aid our client in making strategic financial decisions. As our client is on the verge of rapid and accelerated growth, they are ideally looking for someone who is able to be an independent self-starter with excellent presentation skills and an analytical mindset, driving insights and solving financial problems with a steady hand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial processes
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Manage the full audit process, including preparation, coordination, and execution.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive financial strategy and ensure alignment with overall business goals
• Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure the company remains compliant
• Drive end-to-end projects and initiatives for FP&A and lead individual projects to transform tracking, planning, and control processes
• Continuously improve and streamline reporting, accounting, and cash management processes related to manufacturing, quality management, and supply chain
• Work with in-house Buyer & Manufacturing Team to structure favorable payment terms with suppliers/vendors for effective stock and inventory management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or any relevant major is necessary
• Proven experience of 5-7 years in Finance Operations and FP/A in a manufacturing company, with a strong understanding of inventory finance and manufacturing cost accounting
• Solid experience in creating models, flows and reports for FP&A
• Impeccable business sense and interpersonal skills to communicate insights clearly and expediently to senior management
• Sound knowledge in budgeting and financial planning for start-ups firms
