Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pricing and Billing:
    • Verify and ensure accurate pricing and billing to customers.
  2. Accounts Receivable:
    • Update customer receipts into SAP.
    • Maintain and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports.
  3. Fixed Assets Management:
    • Run depreciation schedules and submit Fixed Assets (FA) reports to the Group.
    • Conduct fixed asset tagging and reconcile book to physical identification.
  4. Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare and update presentation slides on sales, volume, and product group performance.
    • Analyze and report on revenue and EBITDA trends.
    • Compare labor costs against budget and report variances.
    • Prepare outlook slides for financial forecasting.
    • Assist in preparing rolling forecast Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
