Finance Officer, Shipping Industry (Buona Vista) - MG

We are seeking a finance officer for our client S5 Asia Pte Ltd.

Job Title: Finance Officer (Salary $2500-$3000)

Job Responsibilities:

-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of finance transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries and bank reconcilliations

- Prepare invoices for reporting

- Preparing all final disbursement accounts (FDA) accurate and within deadlines

- Prepare and arrange Cash to Master (CTM) with vendors

-Process payment to suppliers and staff reimbursement

- Prepare monthly AP journals, postings and schedules

-Any other adhoc tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and D365

Numerical skills and attention to detail

Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

Work Location: The Metropolis #02-01 (Next to Buona Vista MRT)

Working Hours: 9-5pm (Monday to Friday)
