Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely processing of sales order, sales discount, and sales return documentation.
2. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
3. Update inventory levels or sales related document to customers ERP portal.
4. Filing and scanning of documents.
5. Any other tasks or projects as and when assigned by manager.
