We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Finance Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating operational activities on a
rotational shift between 7AM - 4PM / 9AM - 6PM / 12PM - 9PM / 3PM - 12AM. This will be a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of processes and maintaining quality standards.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate operational activities, ad-hoc tasks by reporting manager, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards
- Address and resolve operational issues; collaboration with relevant departments
- Generating timely reports on operational accounts and activities, in collaboration with relevant departments
- Facilitating clear communication between the team and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow
- Identify process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
What we're looking for:
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Finance, Admin, Operations or relevant domain
- Experience in Microsoft Office tools
- Good communicator, team player and good ownership traits
- Experience in finance or banking industry will be preferred
