About the Role
We are looking to add an additional headcount to our existing finance department to help increase the efficiency of the department. The roles and responsibilities highlighted below cover the majority of the tasks that will be shared between the respective departments, but experience in all fields may not be required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts of selected subsidiaries covering AR, AP, Fixed Asset, Lease and General Ledger.
- Handle day to day account operations and month end closing.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliations.
- Working knowledge of IFRS 116 Lease accounting.
- Submission of monthly GTO Reports to respective landlords.
- Preparation of quarterly GST and assist in yearly income tax computation.
- Prepare required monthly schedules/reports for yearly audit and tax purposes.
- Assist to prepare management accounts and group consolidation accounts.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Hiring Criteria:
- Gross Salary of $3,500 - $4200
