Finance Temp Officer 3 months -Jurong East / MNC

A. Temp 3 month Finance Executive - Jurong East (2 min from MRT)

For this role, the incumbent is to be responsible for handling Letter of Credit and Trade Finance documentations, process remittance and loan transactions, verify incoming funds and liaise with banks

• Handle the end-to-end Trade Finance (eg LC, DA, DP, Inward & Outward Remittance, etc).
• Check daily bank transactions (for example, payments and receipts).
• Prepare daily payment instructions to bank (for example Loan and TT/GIRO).
• Verify supporting documents for all the payments to be processed
• Monitor daily cash and loan balances to ensure timely drawdown/rollover/repayment.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Finance reports.
• Update data/information into the Finance System on a daily basis.
• Ensure that the transactions are in line with internal accounting policies, internal control procedures and bank compliance requirements.

Any other tasks, duties or projects as assigned by direct manager.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Banking & Finance, Accountancy or Business Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Meticulous, responsible and committed to meet deadlines.
• Occasional out of office hours may be required.
