Drug Product Division is a business within Pharma Services Group, which develops and delivers medicines to market that enable our customers to help more than one million patients each day. Our Operations Finance function is responsible for providing oversight and support for our fast-paced and innovative operations teams. By leading activities such as planning, budgeting, forecasting and month end close exercises, while demonstrating analytics, forecasting and reporting skills, you will help shape the success of our business areas. You will develop a robust skills as part of this fast-paced function by interacting with a broad number of internal business partners and building organizational capabilities to drive profitability & customer satisfaction. Seeking a Financial Analyst to be a key member of the Operations Finance team to support senior leaders in data analytics, management reporting and forecasting processes to help shape the success of the business. This role would suit an individual with a passion for data analytics and a real desire to develop and succeed within a fast paced and innovative FP&A function.
Job Requirement:
What will you do
Assist in the preparation of monthly forecast and annual operating plan.
Support and handling closing activities to ensure accurate reporting in the monthly closing process.
Review monthly volume and spending details and identify the key factors driving variances to AOP and Forecast.
Prepare and present ad-hoc analysis to support management decisions including variance analysis, as well as in root cause data interpretation.
Participate in projects and develop process/system improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience
5+ years of relevant working experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong financial acuity, including familiarity with concepts of forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate analysis and recommendations in concise insightful manner.
Excellent skills with MS Excel are required SAP HANA, HFM, PLN, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) are preferred.
Highly analytical and possess a strong business sense.
Organized multitasker: prioritize the workload, in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
Strong team building skills working with a diverse group of people, even if geographically dispersed.
Self-motivated, high level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done.
Continuous Improvement: Identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement (PPI).
