Family Group: Administration
Partnering with internal stakeholders to:
derive feasible and sound financial modelling for new initiatives and/ or existing programmes/ projects that are due for refresh in funding request
gain an understanding of the attributing factors impacting actualized results vs budget with timely performance review of programmes/ projects
derive annual budget and projection during annual budget cycle
(70% of time)
Business partner support to programmes owners in areas such as funding claims matters, financial processes (20% of time)
Monthly closing review and provision of necessary posting supporting documentation and journal documentation to 1FSS for latters postings (10% of time)
Job Requirements
Degree in relevant disciplines such as Accountancy, Business
At least 3 years of relevant working experience, inclusive of strong hands-on accounting experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel (Advanced)
Experience in healthcare sector or operational planning will be an advantage
Organised and detail-oriented in work with good documentation
Motivated and pro-active with optimistic about challenges
A team player who is also able to work independently
