Transport Pick Up: Jurong East, Boon Lay, CCK, Woodlands, Tampines, Sengkang, Bishan, Paya Lebar, Yishun
Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and Forecasting:Prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
Create presentation slides and analyze budget/forecast changes.
- Monthly Reporting:Coordinate monthly reports and prepare spending trend charts.
- Financial Analysis:Analyze monthly P&L variances.
Review intercompany allocations and statistical recharges.
Submit quarterly Profit and Loss Review reports.
- Spending Management:Partner with cost center owners to address spending queries.
Monitor key accruals and lead process improvements.
Conduct financial literacy training on budgeting and spending.
- Financial Reporting:Estimate and reconcile Viatris recharges.
Manage true-up adjustments and annual settlements.
- Audit and Coordination:Support internal and external audits.
Coordinate with teams on government surveys and non-product invoicing.
Qualifications:
- Min. Degree
- Has prior experience in MNC / SAP-accounting environment, with equivalent position held preferred.
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills.
- Good record in delivering tight deadlines.
- Meticulous and highly analytical.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
