*This position is assigned to Polaris EJS Pte Ltd, which is an affiliated entity to Golden Agri Resources and is responsible for financial reporting, investment reporting, and performance tracking.*
Lead activities:
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for SFO and related assets
- Provide regular performance update of investments across public equities, private equities and other asset classes
- Portfolio Cash flow & liquidity management, including fees on invested assets, funded and unfunded commitments, and distributions
- Overall risk management and portfolio allocation review
- Utilize reporting software to generate reports
- Assist in migration to software
Qualifications:
- Experience from Fund admin service provider or inhouse investment company (PE, VC, Hedge funds) and/or Family Office.
- Bachelors or Diploma in Accounting
- ACCA or CA Singapore certification
- Familiar with managing accounting and finance matters for multiple legal entities across different jurisdictions a plus
- Familiar with accounting software solutions
