Roles and Responsibilities- Management of group accounts / finance team.
Ensure timely management and statutory reporting for group and subsidiary accounts.- Provide the board with finance and accounting support.
Oversee group and subsidiary audits.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing with company secretary and statutory agencies.
Management and completion of due diligence with potential investors.- Strategic planning (Finance).
Group consolidation.
Chartered Accountant (or equivalent).
- Experience in a similar role / capacity.
