Responsible for preparation of financial reports including consolidation of the Group's financial results on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis- Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting
Prepare cash flow projections/planning for the Group
- Ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards, Bursa requirement, company policies and related statutory/tax requirements
Review monthly management reports, verify all payment voucher and journal vouchers and perform analytical review of financials.- Liaise and work with Malaysia HQ, Singapore management and government authorities to ensure compliance to local regulatory requirements.
Prepare yearly Group budget and forecast report and responsible for budgeting and forecast process as well as year-end statutory accounts for the Group
- Preparation of reporting to the Board and holding company stakeholders such as corporate banks and shareholders.
To be accountable for maintaining a sound and effective accounting system, policies, and procedures.- Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place and the companies are in the compliance with established corporate policies and procedures.
To develop, establish and implement improvements to ensure achievement of a financial goals and objectives.

Requirements:
- Qualified membership of recognised professional accounting body with at least 8 to 10 years experience in accounting and finance related roles.
- Consolidation experience is a must
- Strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Income Tax Act. Independent, accurate and analytical.
- Able to manage working relationships across departments and with various level of management.
