Responsibilities:
- Closely monitor and control all Finance-related activities pertaining to company.
- Integrate financial reporting and controlling system and process.
- Track, monitor & report on synergies
- In close collaboration with management in P&L by proactively identifying and pointing out improvement opportunities.
- Establish systems and processes to effectively drive finance-related initiatives for the followings:
1 Operational Efficiency improvement
2 Cost control (SG&A, OPEX)
3 Margin control (GP)
- Understand and comply with Singapore Accounting and Tax regulations.
- Identify and implement financial optimization opportunities, e.g. tax, depreciation, write-offs, spin-offs, etc. to create best value for the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or finance.
- At least 7 years experience in leading a finance team.
- CFA qualified.
- Well-versed in Singapore Finance Reporting Standard, financial and statutory reporting requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player with strong leadership.
- Previous knowledge of using accounting software.
- Knowledge of opening new offices in other countries.
- Proven business analysis for decision making.
