We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all financial aspects of our organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance while driving strategic financial initiatives. As the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in maintaining our financial health, maximising financial efficiency, guiding fiscal policy, managing financial reporting and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the group financial reports and manage all audit related matters
- Provide ROI analysis and providing advice for the Group's investment and expansionary decisions
- Oversee GST and income tax matters, including tax planning
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and development
- Manage and improve internal controls, ensuring compliance with legislations and regulations
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights, constructive feedbacks and recommendations to the management for improving profitability, liquidity and overall financial health
- Lead business performance improvementsby providing financial insights and expertise
- Drive strategic financial planningby coordinating long-term goals, budgets, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with CEO and Board membersto evaluate capital expenditures, resource allocation, and ROI
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 10 years strategic financial management experience gained from corporate/MNC environment
- Proven track record inbusiness controlorfinancial managementwithin a listed company environment.
- Strong experience instrategic financial planningand analysis.
- Expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, taxation andperformance monitoring.
