Key responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and business drivers, to support key business reviews.
Manage the complete process for business introducers compensation and ensure smooth delivery.
Lead data enhancement projects for existing financial reports and improve management information (MI).
Conduct deep dive analysis on income streams and review cost allocations in collaboration with the Head Office.
Participate in the development and governance of financial forecast models, including annual budgeting and regular forecasting.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in finance-related projects, including regulatory surveys, IT innovation, and process improvements.

Role requirements

Qualified CPA/ACCA or equivalent finance degree with 3+ years of experience in the banking or financial industry.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
Proven ability to manage tasks with precision, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a proactive, self-starting attitude toward process improvement.
