About
The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for credit business risk management, including risk control strategy, products, operations and post-loan management team.
- Build risk management frameworks for multiple countries and regions, including architecture in compliance, business, and commercial systems.
- Coordinate with relevant teams, including credit loan product, operation and R&D, doing project landing planning, design, implementation, development and operation and maintenance.
- Responsible for asset quality, enhancing the profitability of credit assets, and cooperating with the strategic team to promote the development of credit businesses.
- Responsible for cultivating the organization, acquiring more talent, and improving the overall team member's abilityMinimum Qualifications:
- Solid risk management skills, familiar with risk control methods, policies and processes.
- Exceptional Data Analysis skills with proficiency in risk management tools and algorithms.
- Good team management skills, able to work closely with other relevant departments.
- Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, able to lead and cultivate teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or above in finance, computer science, or related majors.
- 5+ years of risk management experience, preferably in credit risk, payment risk and/or consumer finance space.
- 5+ years of experience in leading a team of more than 30 individuals across the globe.
- Experience in launching self-operated businesses across SEA markets.
