Job Description
This role will provide customer service for walk in customer into SingPosts post office and identify potential customers who are exploring financial services with our partnered bank.
Financial Sales
Generate leads and referrals for insurance, and banking and financing solutions (B2C) with our partnered financial institutions
Be the the advisor to provide best offerings of Financial products to our customers
Customer Service
Provide good customers service experience
Assist walk in customers in areas of need
Requirements
Has customer service and sales experience in retail / financial industries
Comfortable to work with sales target

Work Location: Based on assigned Post Office
Work Hours: 44 hours per week (with Saturday and Sunday based on the assign Post Office operating hours)
