Job Description:- Work with Project Manager to confirm system designs and procurement
Monitor project progress of sub-contractors and conduct site inspections regularly- Manage sub-contractors for efficient and prompt completion of work
Make sure project is carried out according to schedule
- Review and align Fire protection design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines (Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm System, Hose reel System, Wet/Dry riser system, Fire Hydrant System, Fire man intercom system)
Attending to all site meetings with owner, consultants and main contractors on all matters related to the project operation and coordination- Follow up with maintenance of fire protection systems during DLP
Raise MR and order material & arrange manpower for necessary works
- To do quantities take off & prepare cost breakdown and comparison sheet
Other scope of work to be assigned by the Management
MUST
possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalentMUST have at least 3 years relevant work experience in Fire Protection System/Sprinkler System
Experience in Data Centre will be an added advantage- Good communicator with excellent coordination skills
Committed individual with great initiative and strong problem-solving skills- Knowledge of AutoCAD added advantage
