Fire safety Manager Full time

Description:

• Conduct weekly inspection to the premise and submit weekly inspection report to NHGP in-charge (IC) and Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital (KWSH) IC
• Conduct monthly inspection and submit monthly inspection report to NHGP IC and KWSH IC
• Conduct 2 times physical fire drills and fire extinguisher demo to all occupants
• Conduct 2 times Table-Top Exercise on IPP or Arson
• Conduct 2 times briefing to occupants on Fire Safety and Evacuation Plan
• Review Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Fire Warden Poster annually with building owner
• Conduct CERT Team refresher training during Fire Drill
• Review Fire Safety Risk Assessment
• Prepare and implement Fire Safety Report & Plan annually

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Building or Facilities Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in the relevant trade
• Registered Fire Safety Manager for a minimum 3 years
• Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
