Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Surge's personal training packages.
- Conduct consultations to understand clients goals and assess their needs.
- Develop and deliver compelling, personalized sales pitches.
- Close deals, assign clients to the right coach, and ensure a seamless handoff.
- Build strong relationships and track client success throughout their journey.
- Exceed sales targets and contribute to a positive, goal-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Knowledge of the fitness industry (a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to fitness and wellness.
