Fixed Income - Application Production Support

We are looking to hire Front Office Application Support position within the Global Markets Fixed Income Application Support. The role involves providing frontline application production support for global applications. As a key focal point for the client and user experience, this position is responsible for restoring complex or major production incidents under tight timeline and ensuring thorough root-cause analysis and problem resolution follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the Fixed Income Global Rates Application Support team.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office users to address issues, resolve queries, and provide solutions.
• Manage incidents and problem resolution processes.
• Perform Start of Day, End of Day, and Start of Week checks.
• Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to minimize or prevent business impact.
• Identify and drive opportunities for automation to reduce manual tasks performed by the team.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Fixed Income Application Support domain.
• Hands-on experience with Unix platforms and commands.
• Proficiency in SQL queries and commands.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as ITRS Geneos, Splunk, Elastic, Dynatrace, etc.
• Knowledge of incident and problem management.
• Understanding of Fixed Income products.

Preferred Skills:

• Scripting knowledge in Shell, Python, VB, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Familiarity with tooling such as Ansible, TOSCA, etc., is a plus.
