Job Responsibilities:
. Create new profiles in line with regional taste, needs and preferences
. Interact with key customers regionally in order to understand their requirements
. Lead technical laboratories (compounding & GCMS)
. Liaise directly with R&D France on relevant project work
. Support the introduction of new materials in the Singapore creative portfolio
. Support the scale up of new formulations and production
. Proactively works on new molecules, and other specific areas of improvement
. Able to mentor others within the organisation - trainee and associate flavourists
. Be involved with external stakeholders - industry bodies, flavourist associations, etc.
. Be connected regionally in sharing knowledge, teamwork and strategic partnerships
Required Skills:
. Subject matter expert in raw materials and flavour creation techniques
. Minimum 5 years of experience within industry
. Posses self-interest in attaining knowledge in the area of flavour chemistry and flavour creation
. Effective team player with excellent communication skills
. Posses management and organisational skills
. Able to efficiently solve issues at hand
. Posses strong sense of palatable taste, especially in the discrimination and articulation of ingredients, flavours and applications

Academic Qualifications
Minimum entry level is a science degree (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences etc.)
Preferable a Master degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Food Engineering and/or Chemistry Engineering
