Fleet Manager (LNG Bunker)

Key Responsibilities:
. Manage daily fleet operations, including logistics, maintenance, and repairs, while crafting strategic plans to boost efficiency and performance.
. Ensure adherence to international maritime regulations and promote a strong safety culture.
. Lead fuel optimization efforts and implement strategies to reduce environmental impact.
. Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement in fleet management.

Key Requirements:
. Proven experience as a Fleet or Technical Manager, with significant expertise in fleet operations, people management, and leadership.
. Comprehensive understanding of maritime regulations and industry best practices, especially for Oil tankers and LNG Bunker Barges.
. Strong strategic mindset with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency.
