Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of floral design and arrangements
- Passion for floristry and willingness to learn
- Good eye for color and design
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Hardworking and able to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating floral arrangements, bouquets, and decorations
- Learn and apply various floral design techniques
- Help maintain the freshness of flowers and plants in the shop
- Assist with customer orders and inquiries
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certificate in floristry or related field (not mandatory)
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
