FOH Representative

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about services, menus, and events.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest experience.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Assist in training new front-of-house staff as needed.
• Support special events and promotions by coordinating with the team.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, services, and company policies.

Requirements:

• At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field and in similar capacity
• Willing to learn, with strong motivation to excel
• Passion for food, customer-service, & result oriented
